We are proud to announce that Payne Transportation has once again been recognized as a Trucking HR Canada Top Fleet Employer for 2026, and this year’s recognition carries special significance as we celebrate our 10+ years as a Fleet of Distinction.
The Top Fleet Employers program is a national initiative that recognizes fleets with leading human resources policies and practices across areas such as skills development, workplace culture, employee engagement, recruitment, compensation, sustainability and innovation. It is a rigorous review process that highlights organizations helping set the standard for excellence in Canada’s trucking industry.
Achieving Fleet of Distinction 10+ status is an important milestone for our organization and a reflection of the commitment, professionalism and teamwork shown across every part of Payne Transportation.
