Leave of Absence Request

If your tractor/trailer are leased, you must maintain your Payne plate fee and can have the insurance cost reduced to help save you cost while you are away. This insurance will protect your equipment in the event of fire or theft. If your tractor/trailer are owned by you (not leased), then you can opt to contact your own insurance broker and purchase insurance to cover you for the period you will be on leave. You must provide proof of insurance and return your Payne cab card and registration. Payne will re-issue you a new cab card and registration upon your return (license plate will stay the same)
